  • Exist in multiple questionnaires

  • Help Clinicians better understand patients’ behaviors pre and post operatively, leading to improved outcomes and reduced readmission rates.

U.S. Based Customer Support and Training

ARMUS’ Customer Support and Professional Services team:

  • Is made up of a highly trained and experienced group of administrative, IT and clinical staff who support physicians, service line directors and data managers. 

  • Provides onboarding that is consistent across registry participants

  • Utilizes the ZenDesk Knowledge Center, which offers self-serve answers to frequently asked questions, data definition guides, training videos, and user manuals
